Stupid Legs
I did squats for the first time in, like, a year Saturday. Today I can finally touch my toes again and walk without looking like there's some sort of foreign object exploring certain unspeakable cavities of my body. I forget how sore you get can from a little thing like that. I took Sunday and Monday off to cry, but had an awesome chest/triceps day yesterday. Due to the leg soreness, no cardio was involved; just a little warm up & cool down on a bike, but I weighted out at an all-time high of 173 lbs. Whoooo! I must be doing something right. I started out Jan 1. at 165 with a 6-month goal of weighing 175. I might actually reach that goal by February. Intense training plus lots of water and rest works wonders.
