Stupid stupid stupid

After taking more than three weeks off, I went back to the gym last week. All went fine until yesterday, which was leg day. Keeping in mind that I haven't done a leg day in almost a month, here's what I did:

Cardio warmup, 10 minutes
Leg extention, 1 x 15 reps for warmup
Squats, 4 x 8-10
Calf Raises 3 x 10
Dead Lifts (first time ever!) 4 x 8-10
Seated Calf Raises 3 x 10
Hip sled leg press 4 x 8-10
Hip abductions 3 x 10
Hip adductions 3 x 10
Romanian Dead Lifts 4 x 8-10

Now I'm sitting at work crying in pain.
