Work schedule will make it impossible to start up again until Friday, but come Friday here's what kind of training split I'm going to have. No excuses, no exceptions.
Day 1: Chest, Back, abs
Day 2: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, Calves
Day 3: Shoulders, Neck, abs
Day 4: Quads, Hams, Calves
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Repeat.
20 Minutes cardio after everyworkout plus warmup & cooldown.
I'll try this for eight weeks, measure the gains and re-evaluate.
