This time I really really mean it.
My workout plan sure didn't work out. Due to sickness/laziness, I skipped NINE days of workouts. So here's the new plan: I'm going to give up lifting for a month and just run. There's a race I wouldn't mind running in October anyhow. Plus, I know of at least one person who wants my six-pack to come back from the dead.
